K.C. ANNALORO
Founder & CEO
K.C. Annaloro is the Founder and CEO of The Zoo Studio and the T-Street Zoo Music Foundation, a nonprofit rooted in San Clemente, California, that empowers local musicians to create, collaborate, and grow. A lifelong artist and producer, K.C. built T-Street Zoo as a community where passion meets purpose—offering free studio time, mentorship, education, and performance opportunities to talented artists who might not otherwise have access.

Drawing on his background as a successful wealth manager and entrepreneur, he’s turned the Foundation into a sustainable platform that bridges business and art, helping musicians find both their sound and their path. K.C. lives in Capistrano Beach with his wife Kristin and their daughters Sophia and Stella. When he’s not leading The Zoo or performing on stage, you’ll find him surfing, writing songs, or mentoring the next generation of artists.
NEIL LEVIN
COO, Producer & Studio Engineer
Neil Levin is an independent Singer/Songwriter, Guitarist and Producer from Southern California. He began his career in 2018 with his band, Counterconformity, though, over the years, by circumstance, naturally became a solo artist. He has released numerous albums since 2020, all featuring shades of his own self pioneered genre, Cosmic Blues.
Today, he tours with his band, shows that push the envelope of improvisation, like the jam bands of old. He is also communitarian, regularly hosting weekly community events, such as Grateful Jam and other live music showcases. 2025 saw Neil completed his MA in Music from Berklee College of Music.

MOSHE WOHL
CFO, Producer & Studio Engineer
Moshe Wohl is primarily a drummer, composer, and producer, but he's also an emerging engineer and multi-instumentalist in the local scene. With experience in live and studio recording, mixing, and a wide variety of music genres, he brings a strong ear and great musical instincts from a life of music making, paired with deep knowledge of theory and technique from his formal music education.
As a drummer, his style is fluid, improvisatory, and pocket-focused above all, influenced from rock, jazz, funk, and rhythms from around the world.
FAITH LOVULLO
CMO & In-House Photographer
Faith Lovullo is a multidisciplinary artist and CMO at The Zoo Studio. With a decade of experience in media and marketing, she blends her passion for visual storytelling and music across her three creative ventures: Del Mar Digital, offering branding and media consulting; Elope.Lov, specializing in wedding photography and content creation; and Resonance & Rhythm, focused on musician portraits and concert coverage.
A South Orange County native, Faith’s work reflects her deep connection to art, community, and authentic expression. When she’s not behind the camera or leading campaigns, she can be found performing with local bands and collaborating with other artists in music, design, and film.
